So I am going to be completely honest and no I am not even going to make any excuses. I haven’t been eating right since Sunday. Cinco de Mayo and Mothers Day I have been very very bad. Now the exercising could be a little more consistent, I do walk every day for 15 minutes round trip for a tiny commute. But I am thankful for second chances as well as do-overs!
I am in the process of creating myself a calendar for both food and working out. Now of course since I get invites to events and etc, a cheat day is a must. So below I posted a few tricks and idea to help me get motivated more, but also if this can help you by all means take the information. I also piggy back on my last post by using pictures of my fave celebrity bodies.
Fish and veggies are highly in their diet, and I’d rather have my veggies in a green smoothie.
Drinking green tea with honey and lemon daily helps additional too!
Breakfast 7-10 Green Smoothie, toast two boil eggs
30oz of water (add Lemons to detox your body) Start your day off with water to get everything flowing.
In a rush- Grab your favorite meal replacement shake or smoothie.
Noon 12-3pm Lunch
Tuna salad, chicken breast salad, Sushi or soup
12 to 30 oz of water
In a rush for lunch- Grab your favorite meal replacement shake or smoothie.
Snack options: Kale chips, Almonds, Protein bar or shake
Dinner PM 5-7pm
Salmon or Chicken Breast with brown rice
12 to 30oz of Lemon water
4to5xs a week for 30
Don’t have access to the gym, no problem.
